EZY Gold Online processes account information needed to provide authentication, subscription access, security, support and billing records.
Account data may include name, email address, password hash, verification status, subscription/payment status, IP address, browser/user-agent information and security/audit activity. For manual Binance Pay verification, EZY Gold may also store the Binance payment/transaction ID, payment screenshot supplied by the customer, review status, reviewer and review notes. Do not include unrelated personal information in payment screenshots.
Manual payment proof files are stored as protected application files rather than intentionally exposed as public media links. The application limits proof viewing to the submitting customer and authorized staff. Production storage, retention and access controls must be reviewed before public launch.
Information is used to operate accounts, protect the service, verify payments, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and investigate abuse or security incidents.
Records should be retained only as needed for operational, legal, accounting and security requirements. Production deployment uses HTTPS, secure cookies, access controls, environment-managed secrets, database backups and application logs.
Users can export their current EZY Gold account record from the Account page. Additional access, correction or deletion rights depend on applicable law and record-retention obligations.
