Terms of Use.

These Terms govern access to EZY Gold Online. The service provides trading-information and analytical dashboard tools. It does not guarantee profits or specific market outcomes.

Account and access

Users are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting credentials, and activity under their account. Dashboard access requires an active subscription and, when enabled, verified email.

Plans, Lifetime Access and Support

Current pre-launch pricing is displayed before checkout: Monthly Access at USD 29 per month, Lifetime Access at USD 333 one-time, and optional Lifetime Updates & Support at USD 5 per month. Lifetime Access means no scheduled recurring dashboard-access fee or access-expiry date while the service continues to be offered and the account remains in good standing. The USD 5 Updates & Support membership is separate; cancelling it does not by itself terminate Lifetime dashboard access.

Binance Pay manual payments

When manual Binance Pay is enabled, customers must pay the exact USDT amount to the Binance Pay recipient shown by EZY Gold, then submit the correct Binance payment/transaction ID and payment proof. Submission of a screenshot or reference does not constitute payment approval and does not activate access. Access is activated only after staff verifies the payment in Binance and approves the matching EZY Gold payment record. Duplicate, altered, unrelated or unverifiable proof may be rejected. A local “refunded” record does not itself transfer funds back through Binance; any actual refund must be handled separately under the final approved refund policy.

Market information

Gold and other financial markets are volatile. Data may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable or inaccurate because of broker, network, software or market conditions. Users remain responsible for every trading decision.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass subscription controls, interfere with service security, submit fraudulent payment evidence, scrape protected data at abusive rates, reverse engineer protected proprietary logic where prohibited, or use the service unlawfully.

Availability

The service may be modified, maintained, suspended or interrupted. No uptime guarantee applies unless a separate written service agreement states otherwise.
